What to bring to camp
All players are required to bring:

Bring inflated soccer ball of proper size: U4-U8 = 3, U9-U12 = 4
Wear shin guards and comfortable tennis shoes the entire duration of camp.
Plenty of water! Extra water is provided.
Sunscreen!
All players will receive a City Starz Summer Camp t-shirt and a ball on the first day of camp.

Players are encouraged to wear the t-shirt for the duration of the camp.

Full Day Schedule
8:45–9:00 am - Check-In.

9:00–9:30 am - Free Play! Pick Up Games!

9:30–10:00 am - Camp Meeting. Morning Demonstration of Theme(s) For The Day.

10:00 –10:45 am - Technical session. (Mon: Dribbling. Tues: Passing/Receiving. Wed: Control. Thurs: Shooting. Fri: Review).

10:45 –11:00 am - Snack Time.

11:00–11:20 am - Principles of The Game: Attacking/Defending (1 v 1, 2 v 1, 2 v 2, 3 v 2).

11:20–12:00 pm - Small Sided Games (3v3, 4v4, 5v5).

12:00–1:00 pm - Lunch and Clean up.

1:00 –1:30 pm - Warm Up; SAQ (speed, agility, quickness)

1:30 -2:00pm - Competitions incorporating theme of the day

1:00–3:00pm — Tournaments
